Missing Settlers Since Wasteland Workshop

For the most part Wasteland Workshop seems to be working for me. Had to use a mod to show the cages and neon lights, but that's it.

I just traveled to Somerville Place and all my settlers are missing.

When I go into the work shop it says that everything is good, I have people, enough food, water, beds, defenses and they are happy, but totally gone. Can't even call them in with the siren.

Doesn't look like any heavy battle went on, no devastation or dead bodies laying around.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same problem. I even refreshed the game cache through STEAM. Which mod did you use? Why do we need to use a mod to see a stupid add-on???

 

EDIT:

"OC-Decorator" was creating the problem. I found a solution at Nexus: OCDecorator - WW fix (non-SK)

That made the cages visible but still cannot see the neon lights.

I don't use OC-Detector, I am using Homemaker and Settlement Keywords, so the patch I used was the Wasteland Workshop Homemaker and Settlement Keywords patch.

I have the same issue, 4 missing from spec island - no idea ..

i have the same issue just with somerville. i have 20 settlers there but not a single one i can see. they are all missing. workshop says i have 20 though. i had oc decorator at one time but deleted it.
