falloutsurvivor Posted June 29, 2011 Share Posted June 29, 2011 (edited) Ok so I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game but it's not working, what happens is, is that when i go outside of a building, I get black flashing particles when I move the camera, I dont know what I did wrong so I need help, I would try posting a pic but the game won't let me.
