NVFR

So, New Vegas Freeside Restoration - NVFR is in the making. Because of its heavy anticipation, I thought it would be good for the community to direct some parts of how it is made. Please take the time to complete the poll questions, as the votes will be used to further develop NVFR.

If you have any ideas that you would want to see become a part of NVFR, please let me know.

 

NVFR will be released within the next 2 - 5 weeks.

This sounds very cool.

 

I dont know if your worried about conflicts with creating new buildings and other mods but i'll share what i know.

 

The only thing i see thats a popular mod in freeside that might conflict is liberty loft, which modify's a building slot

Thanks! Liberty Loft will not conflict, and if it does a patch will be made. Same thing with the Coyote Reflex Power Armor. If need be, a patch will be made.

Ok, first of all, thank's to everyone who answered the poll questions!

 

Results:

 

Will the scrap paper remain?

 

Some will be removed, but not all.

 

Will the car hulks remain?

 

Some will be removed, but not all.

 

Will there be multiple new interiors?

 

Yes.

Will this open up Freeside the way NVR opens up the Strip? (as in removing the gates?)

GTA44 is working on Freeside Open, so yes. I don't know if it will be released at the same time, but it will be made available soon.

in Vision of future versions you could also ask people to bring in the names of mods that happen to be in freeside because their could be a lot more conflicts with mabey some large exterior mod !!!

but i like what your doing and indeed a area so close to the strip should be full of uppurtunities to make lose money get info stock up and have some fun altogether their could be some pretty interesting NPCs around in that area legion spy's Ncrs spys and travelers with or with out luck and mabey some more underground spaces with a new dungeon or sort

Hehe, thanks! If any mods conflict, then patches will be released like NVR. Right now, there's only one mod that I know of that will (most likely) conflict. And if it does, a patch will be made :)

the only thing to keep in mind is that Freeside is supposed to be more of a slum. so you want to make sure not to make it too restored other than that it is an awesome idea
