i dont want to answer the first two questions, as i feel your mod is a different interpretation then i feel mine is of freeside. i feel like freeside should be almost like a third world area, to the point of maybe even having an anti-NCR militia (like what pacer wants the kings to be). i feel the mod youre making is more of a slum that the NCR is trying to fix. it should probably have some of all three, but i feel depends on what someone looking for this kind of freeside wants, not me. its extremely well made, just too nice for my tastes. i hope i said all this right

Well, that's the thing about NVFR. Getting the feeling just right was very hard. Balancing slummishnes out with cleanliness is not by any means easy. But, we did the best we could. Although it doesn't fit all styles, it's fairly evened out :)
