Nvamp - Bash exe issue

So i've installed Python 03a, bash 293 installer version and the most recent NV Flash files(I'm running Win7 32bit). I've copied my bashed patch esp into my data folder and when I go to run the bash.exe it brings up an error, pointing me to a wyre bash.exe dump file in which it says "Traceback (most recent call last):

bolt.BoltError: Install Error

Failed to find Oblivion.exe in C:\Games\Fallout New Vegas.

Note that the Mopy folder should be in the same folder as Oblivion.exe." I need to know why it's looking for the oblivion.exe instead of nv.exe any and all help would be appreciated
