save not loading

Yes, I copy and pasted my post from steam.

I have over 90 mods. My save is taking forever to load in the red rocket garage scene. The loading circle is at the corner, taking forever. Tried windowed borderless on low. Tried using the save editor. Tried reinstalling and installing FO4 and my mods. I tried using LOOT to sort plugins (the first time I encountered was AFTER i sorted plugins with LOOT).

Specs:

CPU: I7 3770k

GPU: GTX 970

RAM: 24GB

LOAD ORDER INCOMING (Boston Airport esp and EndorsCustom Combat armor 2lm are unchecked as plugin.)

The WARNING from nexus could be the case.

The old Fallout4.ini edit is causing long loading times, please remove it from your .ini file, set it as: sResourceDataDirsFinal=
