fg109
There should be installation instructions on the mod's download page. If there isn't, then try reading the comments for the mod. If that doesn't help either, I guess you can try extracting it into your \Oblivion\Data folder. That would probably work, but since I don't know how it's packed, it's just a guess. EDIT: Also, remember to put a check mark next to the mod in Data Files when you start the game. Edited July 1, 2011 by fg109
bben46
First, nearly all mods come as a compressed file and must be unzipped to work. So you MUST have an unzipping program to use mods. Here is the one I recommend, the completely FREE 7-zip and it's available right here on the Nexus. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15579 Install a unzipping program and get it to work properly before trying to do anything with the mods. Here's howhttp://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Installation_of_7-Zip Most mods require the latest patch v1.2.0416 and/or OBSE (Oblivion Script Extender)Patches: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Oblivion_patch_advice The latest version of OBSE is available here: http://obse.silverlock.org/ Be sure to read the instructions as OBSE is NOT a mod and does not install like a mod.
