A Little Help, please.

Alrighty, so I figured, I'd try my hands at creating a few npcs, then stack a faction on top. I have the faction set up, mostly besides its armor disguise settings.

Anyway, I have a NPC, who has a flame thrower(WeapFlamer), a 9mm pisto(WeapNV9mmPistol)l, WithAmmoFlamerNPC, and WithAmmo9mmNPC.

My NPC, has 6 Flamers in their inventory, when you take their equipment after their dead. My flame thrower, has a count of 1 in the GECK, so I have no clue why it

is giving them 6 on death.

Any help, would be much appreciated. I've also been wondering is there any tutorials on: NPC Creation(So I can learn more, as I already fail D:), Faction Creation, and Scenes?

Thanks in Advance.

Another Note: It happens to both the flame thrower and the 9mm pistol.

If you have added both the Weap and the WithAmmo items, you are giving them two copies of the weapon. You probably only need the WithAmmo item. The WithAmmo item is a "list" item, which itself contains multiple items. You can click on it to expand it and see that it also contains a flamer.

Still, you have said your NPC has six flamers when dead. What is his inventory when he is alive? For example, if you have a high steal rating, you can see his inventory. There is also a console command you can find (I do not have the details here) to display the inventory.

If the character has two flamers when alive and six when dead, then check to see if there is any "on death" script for the NPC or any "on death" items which are given. If the character has six when alive, double check the item list on the NPC and investigate any "list" items. Perhaps the inventory you have given is bigger than you expect.

Well, I couldn't see them when they were alive, I found out they had them then too. You were correct, it is the WithAmmo item, thanks a lot.

Also, I believe the command to see the inventory, that you are thinking of is: INV

It shows all the items in their inventory, in the console.

Thanks a lot.

Also, I removed the on death items at the start, because I knew those would annoy me, haha.
