ctd no rhyme or reason any clues ?

I am crashing every 5 mins mostly in interiors I cant figure out what is causing it. I tried most of the normal fixes looking for conflicts or the tweaks or fixes out there. I started a new game because of same exact problems the last time around. This is now the 5th clean install in the last 2 months so I dont know it it was the the last patch but I havent had a good clean game since then. Any ideas would be helpful/

My first suggestion is to not use a misleading topic title. If you have ever used a single mod, there is gonna be a "rhyme or reason" for a ctd.
