CTD Leaving Sewer have Fran's + MMM no FCOM

So im getting a CTD leaving the sewers on a fresh install. I WAS however putting FCOM in- but changed my mind after realizing how much stuff i was going to have to install/download, so i did uninstall and reinstall Fran's without FCOM settings and MMM. OOO is uninstalled. I also have a lot of random downloads but i hardly have ANYTHING graphic changing. Only Weather for the Immersive Interiors mod. If anyone needs my load order i have no idea how to copy and paste it- do i really need to write the whole thing out? jw, new to forums. Thanks.

Honestly, I think Oscuro's and FCOM messed this one up a bit, i had green corpses for a while and i fixed that, after deleting the rest of FCOM stuff but that still didnt allow me to leave the sewers. Just going to do it over again. But if anyone wants to tackle this so ik what the issue is anyway for future problems thatd be cool as well ^_^

The video requirement jumps quite a bit when you exit the sewer. You can actually play through the intro with a weaker video than the rest of the game needs. Try backing off on your video settings a bit. For example, there is no need for LOD or distant objects/NPCs/grass/etc until you exit the sewer.

i actually have a pretty good computer ive been running at easily 60fps with what i have now. i just really dont like the insane graphics. tbh id play this game if it looked like morrowind, i just like saving the space for content. ^_^ and yeah i started from scratch, should work fine now, i think im going to drop MMM for Better Cities. i re-read what MMM did and its not important to me really. thanks for the advice though gramps c:

 

Also- its really insane how much different it is to mod oblivion than it is Skyrim. I have 166 mods on Skyrim and i havent had one CTD. but i had to search the internet for a link that didnt give me a 404 error for half the required mods for FCOM and i needed borderline 3 different mod managers, mainly because i just wanted the simplicity of NMM for the mods that blatently told me it was recommended.
