So I started a new character , listened to the dark elf's rant ,

then hid behind a wall when the guards came.

 

I was in hidden state,and outside the cell I was clearly unnoticeable,however the scripted commands from the guards occurred anyway, :pinch:

also later before the emperor died, my character froze as Uriel was killed, not giving me a chance to help in his deliverance

 

If it would be possible to stop such scripted events to give me choice in such cases I would be grateful. :sweat: !

Generally they are needed to insure the things that are meant to happen happen.

Lets say you hide behind that wall and they step into your cell, thinking it's empty. They are running from assassins, they would run you through the moment they saw you, thinking it was an ambush. Only after would Uriel see you (because he stays behind the blades for his safety) and say, "hey i've seen this corpse in my dreams...but he was alive then. Good work i think."

Or if you were able to fight that final assassin you, being an attacker would get his attention, and be able to kill him With Uriel alive, well, you don't really have a game.

 

These are just my opinions, someone else may think differently on the matter.

Yes,but with mods allowing you to use your birth-sign at start-up,

say using the shadow, would conceal you.

Or the option to activate the hidden tunnel beforehand.

 

Also if that is your opinion,then why don't the guards kill you after you come out of the goblin tunnel with a mythic dawn outfit?

 

Lastly Who says one wouldn't kill the emperor afterwards? :P

 

 

What I'm looking for is choices to be available,for realism,game-breaking or not. 8) But I value your reply with it's legitimacy,
