Anyone Ever Hear of a "Unsupported Command" Error?

So, I'm just now starting to mod up my game and found something that I'm not sure why it's being caused. Basically, when I go check the mod itself in the Nexus Mod folder, I get an error saying "unsupported command" followed by the name of the mod. Now this isn't with every mod, I've downloaded ten and so far it would seem all of the Seasons mod and True Storms mod was doing it. I don't think it's a size issue though, as Vivid Landscapes was fine and it's bigger than True Storm. I don't THINK it's merely a bad download, as I've redownloaded those particular files a few times. And I know the files are in there, in fact to get around this I've unzipped the contents and rezipped and can then access it fine. Still, I don't know why this is happening and I'm hoping someone might have an answer.
