MBP 2ch Edition V 1.4 -- Can't get it to work

I just got oblivion yesterday the "Steam Game of The Year Deluxe Edition" It comes with abunch of DLCs and such, I played it a long time ago but never modded it before and wanted to give it ago after seeing all the awesome stuff people have done.

 

 

I installed these with OBMM

High Rez Skin Textures for HGEC by Ozmo

 

it was working fine, then I found out about the mod in my title.

I installed Corona's Skeleton, then these:

 

I tried installing the MBP 2ch Edition V 1.4 .omod and the ++ version by Author Naru uploaded by Nkyhiro. and abunch of Japanese prompts come up asking me to sellect various options, after I activate the mod I try to launch oblivion and it ends up getting a small patch from steam and the mod is nowhere to be seen at character creation screen.

 

HGEC is still working, but the MBP won't. I tried loading MBP 2ch only couldn't get anything to work.

 

(I did the ultilites thing to update the BSA redirection, so thats not it)

 

 

all I wanna do is make hot anime chicks with big swords and cool animation jumps lol
