Wrye Bash and Merged Lists question.

I want to merge the leveled lists from a few mods. While FCOM helps with the merger of Fran, Bob's, Warcry, OOO, and MMM, some less known mods have some cool items I want to use (Akaviri Imports and Jounk's Polearms) There are problems when I merge the lists. With Polearms, they appear too often on lower leveled enemies. And Wrye Bash can't seem to merge Imports at all.
