Dogmeat attack & S.P.E.C.I.A.L. mod

Would it be possible for someone to make a mod to tweak these setting ???

A dog of dogmeat's size and breed could and would easily and quickly overwhelm a single individual in combat.

 

Charlie couldn't hide from these bad boys:

Since Dogmeat already has a decent animation in place for when an enemy is low enough for him to finish off, I think it'd just take a few small edits to his attack damage and/or SPECIAL stats in FO4Edit. If nobody shows up, you should be able to do it yourself in just a few minutes, really. Just a matter of finding where Dogmeat's stats are located. I'm not 100% sure what triggers Dogmeat's kill animation though, so don't take my word for it.
