heythereadventurer
I know this might not be the perfect place to post, sorry! :p I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this so if someone google searches it this will come up... In the recent episode of Legends of Tomorrow (when nerd universes collide!) where (SPOLERS!!!) The Atom, Hawkgirl, and White Canary get trapped in 1958, did anyone else notice that the League of Assassins was very Dark-Brotherhoody? It might just be a coincidence, but I'm actually wondering if it was inspired somewhat... Seriously, there was that random kid in the middle of everything, that was Babette. The entrance when they were first coming in, that was Falkreath sanctuary. Later on, with the marble and stuff, that was Dawnstar Sanctuary. The bedroom that Black Canary was in, that was totally the Dawnstar master bedroom. ASTRID! Black Canary looked so ridiculously like Astrid. Like... just ridiculously like her. http://www.game-set-match.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/S1-E9-Sara-at-the-League-of-Assassins-672x372.jpgHere we have Astrid.http://assets1.ignimgs.com/thumbs/userUploaded/2016/3/31/legendsthumb-1459459775008_large.jpgThis is Babette.http://heroichollywood.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Legends-of-Tomorrow-10901.jpgDidn't notice this at first, but is that fellow in the background a nightingale? ;-) And of course, we have Kronos massacre the whole place at the end of the episode, the defining moment everyone remembers from the Dark Brotherhood when you simultaneously had all the feels.I don't really know how to wrap up the thread, so here's a picture of a panda.http://static2.businessinsider.com/image/51dd6b0ceab8eaa223000013/chinas-panda-diplomacy-has-entered-a-lucrative-new-phase.jpgAnd there's Arnbjorn! AllInADayNUMANUMA
Okay, I know this is a long dead post, but I need someone to share this with. In season 3 of legends of tomorrow their are a number of almost uncanny references to Elder Scrolls lore. First and most weak is the ancestor worship prevalent in the third season. But the real stuff comes from the Planemeld and Molag Bal. Mallus's dimension is almost a carbon copy of Cold Harbor. Plus whole plot is about destroying reality for some kind of higher ascension. It's just like the towers theory with the Thalmor. But all of this can be coincidence right? But LOOK AT THIS!!! If you are familiar with the symbol for Arkay the god of death. Then this Death Totem will look a little too coincidental to deny. P.S.This is a very niche discussion but who else but you would be interested in this? Also Mallus looks like Lord Harkon.
