Hi i'm trying to get mod manager to work but i keep getting an error when i try to activate a mod from the zip file , thanks for any suggestions

Are you sure its a FOMOD?

FOMM can install regular mods as well, not just FOMODs. copy and paste the error report to FOMM's comment and/or bug thread, and see if Timeslip/Kaburke or anybody else can help you
