jihadoftomorrow
I'm trying to install OBGE using Wrye Bash but when I put the archive in the Bash Installers folder it doesn't show up. Any help?
Candex
Ok I'm not an expert is this things but it could be because(um you probably know all this already, it's very basic): 1) It's not a format WB can handle. If you see it greyed out in the installers tab, try opening the actual file from the Bash folder. Usually extracting it as a simple (not compressed) folder fixes this. 2)I assume you have Python installed... I hope that helps, otherwise you need someone more competent to help you

Candex
Yes it can handle 7zip. It's just that sometimes it needs to be extracted, and sometimes extracted even from the first folder. Why, is a mystery to me. Try exctracting the file from the 7zip and if that doesn't work, extract the content from that file.( It should come compiled inside a folder). Don't put separate/scattered files in Bash Installers folder. Although now that I look at my own Installers folder, I realize that most of the mods that need to be extracted are either armour/clothing or simple tweaks. I doubt this may be of any help for you installing something fat as OBGE.
Tomlong54210
I'm trying to install OBGE using Wrye Bash but when I put the archive in the Bash Installers folder it doesn't show up. Any help? Are you trying to install OBGEv3? The core, the regular version? It's not even showing up gray in your installers folder? Make sure you actually placed the archive in there. Right-click on the Installers tab (or 'File' header, I forget which one) and choose 'Open...'. See if it's in that folder. Bash can install OBGEv3 now. --Tomlong54210

Any idea what the problem is? I'm playing through steam and my Oblivion Mods folder is in the "common" folder, is that right?

Do you perhaps have it stalled in the default folder? I'm wondering if the UAC is interfering with Bash's ability to manipulate that folder. --Tomlong54210

Tomlong54210
Is everything else showing up in the Installers folder? Which version of Wrye Bash are you using? Have you tried telling BAIN to do a full refresh? --Tomlong54210
