LE Non-functioning Weapon Plaques and Racks

Simply, I want a mod that would allow me to spawn a non functioning weapon plaques and racks. In other words, just the model and textures. As it seems to be exceedingly difficult to spawn in functioning versions, and I was recently told there is no way to spawn in just the models, I am hoping to be able to spawn in a plain, simple object and use Jaxonz Positioner to place the items in front of it, giving the illusion of it being placed on.

I think Elianora may have had something similar in one of her mods. There were weapon racks with little antlers meshed in so that it looked like it could actually hold a bow, and she just static'd a bow in front of it on the antlers.

 

Personally, I don't think it'd be too difficult to pop into the CK and create a duplicate weapon plaque/rack and disable the functions, but then, I haven't used the CK at all yet, just the beginner tutorials. :P
