LE cloud walking spell

just as the title suggests i'd like to see a cloud traveler spell. this isn't flight (already a flying mod) nor levitation (one of those too). but the ability to walk or run in the clouds but at a much faster pace as if by a constant whirlwind sprint effect or something similar. activated by power and maintained by magicka. preferably compatible with ANY magic animation mod. that's one of the reasons i don't like the levitation mod. it requires a specific magic animation mod that i don't particularly like.
