Where to find Shakti´s Morrowind mods?

Hi all,

 

I would like to know where to download two mods created by Shakti:

 

-Shakti´s Temple Fences, and

-Shakti´s Book of Secrets.

 

I downloaded & enjoyed them both a long time ago, but I lost the mods, and Shakti´s page seems unavailable :(. Any helping would be greatly appreciated.
