I tried the old mod "SyndTimeScale_0.7-15-0-7" which alters the dw_weather_def.scr in Data0.pak, but does not work with the DLC. I know the DW_DLC17 folder handles The Following, since I have a working zombie mod in there, but none of the packs contain this dw_weather_def.scr file.
