Certain weapon mods wont attach.

Specifically 2 for the Hunting Rifle that I know of, the .50 conversion and the marksman stock. I can craft the hunting rifle mods just fine, but its transferring them from one gun to the other that doesn't seem to work. I take the mods off the original weapon, then when I try to apply them to the new legendary I just got, it prompts me to either craft it, or tells me I don't have the materials/perk. (I actually found a .50 on a raider well before you are able to craft it.) Ive tried putting the mods in the workshop, and using them straight from my inventory, as well as crafting a different mod to force it to refresh the available materials.

 

There are workarounds, I can always use the console to refund materials wasted making mods I already own, and giving myself the perk to craft the .50 then removing the perk. But its not exactly elegant as far as solutions go.

I have relatively few mods that affects the vanilla weapons, I tried disabling Weapon Balance Overhaul to see if it was the culprit (its not)

 

 

Its not a major bug by any means, but god damn

Also sorry if there's already a topic/fix for this, this issue is very search engine unfriendly and takes you on a journey of people not knowing how to use the crafting tables.
