ILikeMorrowind
Indeed. I'm reading a book called "Designing Virtual Worlds." The whole aspect is awesome, regarding it isn't about beating the game, it's about living in the game. There's so much to do in Morrowind, it's insane! Three main quests, plugin main quests, thousands of side quests... this game isn't meant to beat each and every quest. What I like to do is make my own little trade in alchemy and sell to make money. It's fun, and gives me something to do on a 8 hour shift. It's like life in it's virtual form. The more realism put in it, and roleplayed out, the better :)
Xionith
Agreed. Maybe someday there will be a game with no flaws, perfect realism, perfect graphics, and it will make you believe it is real. You will be able to do ANYTHING you can do in the real world... It would take a whole load of years to make but it'd be worth it.. :) But until that day... .... Morrowind! Arkayan
If it was perfect realism that would be scary as hell when facing werwolfs and what not...but untill that time i have to agree with you MW all the way :D

DreamOfTheRood
In regards to making Morrowind more life-like:If you mean more detailed interactions with characters, that would be nice. In fact, if you want to start helping the Tamriel Rebuilt project by rebuilding dialogue for every character in the game, that would be sweet. And by sweet, I mean totally awesome. However, there are certain restrictions placed on developers in this genre. For one, if there is even the most remote possibility that an in-game child could be damaged by the player, then there can be no children in the game. Secondly, there are, of course, technological and chronological restrictions. Morrowind took, I believe, seven years to be created and shipped. During that time, modeling became much better, but the developers had to stick with what they had or be cast into the same chains that DUKE NUKEM FOREVER is currently wasting in. Dream ... By the way, send me a private message if you know what Dark0ne means when he says, "You get a strike against you."
ObsidianKnight
If it was perfect realism that would be scary as hell when facing werwolfs and what not...but untill that time i have to agree with you MW all the way :D Aye, I agree. They'd forget howling at you, they'd just jump right on top of you and tear out your throat. Sounds like a horror movie to me. And the ash beasts *shudders* And you'd get to tear scribs apart leg by leg...
