Best inexpensive graphics card

Hi all

I hope this isn't the wrong place, but I wonder is there such a thing as an inexpensive graphics card which will play Fallout IV. A person can find inexpensive graphics cards with the 2 gigs of memory, but the problem is they are slow. Obviously as the PC I'm using now has only Intel graphics, I would need a power system for maybe 100 Euro. ASUS GeForce GTX 750Ti GDDR5 2GB Graphics Card GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 (copied from Amazon, dunno what half the letters mean) seemed decent both in terms of price and reviews. Thank you all in advance.

As someone who runs the game on a 2GB GTX 960, I can say that it just barely is able to scrape by on medium-high settings, with rather large lag spikes (even with the shadow draw distance fix and ENBoost), so I'd suggest saving up the money for at least a 970 or other GPU of that caliber. That should be able to handle most of the game with max settings, barring a few options, at 60 FPS.

I'm playing FO4 with very high settings with an old 2Gb Sapphire HD6970 fully overclocked on a PC with an i7 5820K CPU and 16Gb RAM (not overclocked), and I have to say it runs rather well with no lag spikes. Framerates are typically 30-60 FPS dropping to 15 FPS in highly modded settlements with >20 settlers active.
