AraFox
You have an Oblivion tattoo? Sweet! I've been thinking of getting one myself, but it's a process for me. Thinking about it takes the longest time. It took me two years to select a Skyrim tat, and five to select a FF design :geek: Meanwhile, my contribution would be to suggest >this< mod. But you'll also need a couple other mods to run that one: OBSE, which is probably a good idea anyway, and Blockhead. I'm sure there are loads of good texture replacers, but I always like character overhauls.
SkyTaylor21
If you're looking for graphics mods, there are a few I would recommend. Organic Bark by discovery1Arboretum Retexture for a Tree Hugging Crowd by maczopikczoLandscape Retexture by LougainOCOv2 by NuskaCinematic ENB by FrDylan or Dark Red Technology ENB by guardiaodfIllumination Within by SlapRealistic Water by Soolie Those should be good enough but you could go way farther and make it look comparable to skyrim. Hope this helps. Edited April 20, 2016 by SkyTaylor21

SkyTaylor21
Also if you install oblivion character overhaul v2, you don't need mod manager. I did it without mod manager and everything worked fine. There's just a lot of stuff in the mod and if you have other mods installed it will take you awhile to do it manually, but if you don't have any mods then doing it manually is safer than doing it through NMM. SkyTaylor21
Here is a full list of mods I would recommend. - Cinematic ENB or Dark Red Pure Light ENB- Cyrodyiil Terrain Map v25 by whisselj- Quarls Texture Pack 3 (QTP3 for short)- Illumination Within by slap- Improved Doors and Flora by miknmel1- Improved Vegetables and Meats by miknmel1- Improved Sky Textures by sourceuser- Organic Bark by discovery1- Arboretum Retexture for a Tree Hugging Crowd by maczopikczo- Koldorns LOD Noise Replacer by koldorn- Realistic Water by soolie- SonicEthers Beaming Sunglare by theLeeHarvey- Lanscape Retexture by Lougain- Cave Textures by jaassu- Oblivion Character Overhaul by Nuska- Mythic Creatures by themythofanst- Hud Status Bars (skyrim edition) by theNiceOne This will make the game quite comparable to skyrim. Good luck.

SkyTaylor21
In theory, it should look better. It should look more like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lYxc7sSIoUI but slightly better in some ways. But to make the fort ruins look as good as in the video you linked, you might want to check out this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44660/ EDIT: You also might want to check out the "Better Cities" mod and "Unique Landscapes" but you might run into some compatibility issues.
