Restore Sneak

[Atlantiantokra]

My sneak skill is 50 but shows -35 15

There is no disease and the damage persists even after removing all items from my inventory. I have real thirst and real hunger but sneak penalties have been disabled

How do I restore my sneak and what is damaging it?

Also on a slightly unrelated note, a lot of npcs have black eyes. Why?

No idea on the sneak problem,but the black eye issue may be down to COBL....do you have the COBL cosmetic patch too? cant see it in load order....you need that for all eyes and hair to work with COBL.And dont use Beautiful people with it either,or you will get the Googly eye problem.....i wasted an hour sorting that out the other night :/

EDIT*** just a thought on the sneak issue....something to do with OBXP? I use it too,and not had your issue, but i see your using OOO and some other patches i dont.....maybe something going screwey there? just a thought.
