Help! Kvatch Rebuilt Crashes Oblivion!

I don't get it, I used to be able to run this mod with no problems but lately whenever I fast travel or encounter a bad-guy and the battle music starts the game will crash to desktop... it mostly happens on fast travel, doesn't matter where I go. It happens only when I try to play through the main quest though, if I don't play through the main quest it doesn't crash. I disabled Kvatch Rebuilt and I can play the game with no problem, but I want to play this mod! I also want to play the main quest. I have a feeling the game will crash even after I play the main quest then activate Kvatch Rebuilt. This is my load order, yes, I'm using BOSS:

I found the same problem....and after no fedback on the mod comments, i binned it....shame, i love the idea of rebuilding it and having another whole town to play with.

I did read through the comments at length and someone suggested after looking at it in the construction set that there is a loading cell issue and something to do with the players distance from Kvatch.....sorry im not too sure on all the technical details.

 

If someone does know a way to make it stable to play (some people seem to have no problems with it) I would love to give it another go.

That sounds like a distance LOD problem? But I don't think so, since it doesn't matter where I fast-travel from... I'm not sure what's going on.

Maybe it's a scripting issue? I wish the Kvatch Rebuilt team would look into it :(

Oh Crap, I recently downloaded the mod but yet to get to the Kvatch aftermath stange.

 

Too busy with other Qs and Mods involved.

 

If its that buggy, I may have to try another Kvatch Mod.

It might work for you, like I said, I used to be able to play this mod no problem so I have no idea why it's not working now... who knows? Maybe it'll work just fine for you! I wish you luck!

Kvatch Rebuilt is pretty clean, so I'd be surprised to find it causing crashes on its own. If someone wants help trying to troubleshoot this issue, please post a current load order (preferably) via Wrye Bash or (secondarily) via OBMM. Also, if you are not already using it, install and run BOSS beforehand - http://tescosi.com/wiki/Oblivion:BOSS
