Packing a mod

I finished my mod and have opened up a folder to be compressed and I am now creating the correct paths for the textures and meshes used. Since my mod is a retexture of some companions should I leave the bodies out, so others can use their own? Or will it cause problems in game missing those body textures?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: and If once I saved the first time, and want to change the .esp plugin files named, how can this be done? I keep getting a message in geck when double clicking on any of my mods name that I don't have permission even if the esp is literally all mine in ownership.
