Oddly Specific Throw Voice Bug

I would be extremely grateful if someone can help me. I've recently started playing Skyrim again and had encountered the throw voice bug. The bug however is only present in NPCs that use female orc and male argonian voices. They also do not shout the whole sentence (for example "Hey, cheese brain!") but instead just shout "Hey!". Their other dialogues are also unaffected, so it's as if "Hey!" was somehow added in their list of what to say.

 

I tried to do the most known fix by removing afflicted NPCs from the player faction (addfac DB1 -1) but the bug persists. I have installed a lot of mods through NMM, mostly followers, and have tried disabling the suspected culprits to no avail. I also tried disabling most of the mods, leaving only the ones listed below, and created a new game to check but the bug still persists.

I'm really at a loss about what to do. I tried ignoring the bug at first but it has gotten irritating to hear them shout whenever I just try to pass by. Any help I can get is most certainly welcome, and thanks in advance for helping!

Just writing here for those that has experienced this also. Found out that the cause of the weird bug is the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch. To be honest I never suspected this mod to be the culprit, but I guess mods that fix bugs can also have bugs lol. Anyway I'm glad the authors had fixed this issue already, I just apparently needed to update to the mod's latest version.
