Could someone please put this label on a bottle?

I've tried everything. i just want to get this label correctly on a duplicate of the amontillado bottle.

There just aren't good enough tutorials and I've already wasted enough time, only to have it show up in game as a flat magenta label.
The dimensions are correct. I even made a normalmap of it, if you want, but perhaps you'd do better to make your own.

All I need is it formatted correctly into a NIF that displays in game.
