No guns/only pipe weapons.

Was wondering if it is possible to remove all firearms from the game and leave it melee only?

 

or at very least just replace everything with pipe only weapons.

That's totally possible with fo4edit. You just have to remove all the guns/energy weapons from the leveled lists and replace all of them with melee weapons

There will be a few stragglers like named NPCs with weapons in their inventory but those too can be removed.
