Automatron - Mr. Handy arms for all

Does anyone think they can make it to where any robot, regardless of what kind of torso they have, can have thruster arms with a Mr. Handy thruster?

I will also support this idea, but a modified version of it.

 

I'm not sure how, but I just made a robot and was able to add thruster arms to it, with the Securitron wheel for the legs slot.

 

Awesome, right?

 

Not so much.

 

The problem with the thruster arms is that they clip into the ground. Badly. And I'm not even sure they see use, so I took them off.

 

So my suggestion would be to make the arms available regardless of what is used for Legs slot, but to also add the Protectron, Assaultron, Robobrain, etc. options for the Thruster Arms slot. This seems like it would make a neat addition even if it weren't for just to make the thruster arms available for other legs.
