Game Crashes when starting new game

[Decayz]

Im just going to get to the point. I press new game. I skip the cutscene then it goes to docs room. I can see the fan spinning and hear him say "oh your awake" at that same time i have a bunch of notifications from different mods starting up. then after the notifications before i can even speak to the doctor my game crashes. Can someone help me with this problem? I will post up my load order and everything.
