Item Card for Equipped Weapons

If this already exists - sorry, and please point me in the right direction, I spent about an hour already looking for what I'm about to try and explain.

 

I'm interested in a mod that displays weapon's stats such as in the Borderlands series. When you switch to a different weapon, a small "item card" pops up and displays the weapon's important attributes (heck, I'd settle for just the name popping up on my hud.)
