High level (tier 3-4) schematic for Bull's Edge

I really want to use this greataxe for Iron Bull throughout my playthrough because it looks badass as hell, but unfortunately, much like the Inquisition Longsword (another great looking weapon), it has terrible stats pretty much immediately. If a modder could make this and upload it to NexusMods, blessings of the Maker upon you.
