Character Body textures are not loading properly

My issue is that the textures are loading but not properly, I am getting a massive black spot on the left shoulder, and what looks like a foot texture on the right thigh. as well as multiple skin tones all over the place. I have screen shots if needed. i am trying to get CBBE to work so that i can get custom tattoos for my character. I have triple checked all the INI files as well as tried copying all the CBBE files manually.
