making an ammo list

how can i create a new ammo list using every single ammo in the game can somebody give me step by step on how to do it

Well inside GECK just find the "FormList" section and make a new form list give it an ID like "AllTheAmmoTypes" or something.

 

Then leave that form open and find the "Ammo" section in GECK and drag and drop each and every ammo type you want to go into your opened list.

 

Save your list.

 

Then for whatever gun(s) you want to use this list, you'll have to go to the "Weapon" section of GECK and edit each gun and change the Ammo Type to the ID of your new list.

 

There are a lot of ammo types. IDK if there is a limit on how many entries a FormList can have.

after trying to create an ammo form list, I encountered a slight problem where upon firing the weapon causes the game to crash, I'm unsure was to what I may have overlooked so any suggestions on what the most common problems are that could cause this, what's even stranger is that if I make a carbon copy of the weapons default ammo list the game crashes
