Tranquility Lane Crash

I have no race mods... And every time i enter the pod and go to the loading screen, Fallout 3 crashes. my load order:

As you can see i have all of the DX mods installed as well as FWE, EVE, and MMM. Are there any workarounds? any at all? I hope so.
