Gharon188
Thanks, I used 4GB Memory Fallout new vegas and it's workings. Textures packs are very strong, I lost 40-50 fps but the game is stable, sometimes..
dubiousintent
Some texture packs are not optimized and can definitely cause FPS loss. Others are optimized, like NMC, and can give you an FPS boost. Not all tell you in the description if they have been optimized. The TESTG site (link in my sig) discusses this subject in general under "Utilities" and how you can do it yourself here. -Dubious- Edited April 25, 2016 by dubiousintent

dubiousintent
If you have optimized any textures, then you need to run FNVLODGen again and then rebuild your Bashed Patch (assuming you use it) or any Merged Patch file. Reloading, fast travel, entering or exiting interior cells ... all involve "changing cells". Such problems are usually the result of a mod conflict. Sometimes these can be resolved just by changing the "Load Order". (Use LOOT.) If those steps do not resolve the issue you will need to isolate the mod causing the conflict. When testing I suggest you use an earlier save game that did not have the problem, just to exclude the possibility of a corrupted save file. One from just after you generate your character or initially leave Doc Mitchell's is best. Turn on "God Mode" (console "tgm") and really exercise each mod. -Dubious-
