Friend of The Friendless remake

First a little backstory

When i played new vegas i used among other mods "more perks" mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/35979/?)

It contains an exellent perk - Friend of The Friendless

When chosen a baby deathclaw spawns next to you and you can choose it to be your companion.

In the beginning he is very fragile and you really have to work to keep him alive but you can feed him meat every 12h and when fed enough times he grows to a bigger deathclaw.

This is very time consuming but as I traveled with him I grew attached to him and at the same time he was growing to a full grown deathclaw, a friend that always had my back.

 

With the mod came full documantation of the perks I will attach that to en of this post

 

So what im asking is that someone would do a remake, similiar or even an overhaul of this perk
Please someone do this, this perk added so much to my new vegas experience

## Requirement:
No Companion or friend.


## Description:
Today must be your lucky day because there is a small animal outside that
wishes to be your loyal companion. Be nice and friendly, and it might grow
to be a life saver.


## Ability:
Small baby deathclaw spawns next to player.


## Condition
Deathclaw must be fed once a day at least in order to grow.
Food can be fed each 12 hours.


## Deathclaw Level

1) Baby:
(Req: 6 food consumption.)

2) Infant:
(Req: 12 food consumption.)

3) Adult:
(Req: 24 food consumption.)

4) Predator:
(Req: 48 food consumption.)

5) Matriarch:


## Type of Food (Feedable)
Coyote Meat
Bighorner Meat
Gecko Meat
Bloatfly Meat
Strange Meat
Human Flesh


## Type of Chem (3 minute duration.)
Psycho - 100% Crit Chance. ( DreePerkFriendPsycho )
Stealthboy - 10% Invisibility. +5 DamageThreshhold ( DreePerkFriendStealth )
Med-x - 25% Damage Resistance. +15 Restore health and All Limbs recovered. ( DreePerkFriendMedx )


## "Your Best Friend is raging..."
This means that the deathclaw has 100% chance to crit with bloody mess effect.
Level 3: 5% Chance to rage.
Level 4: 10% Chance to rage.
Level 5: 10% + Luck(AV) chance to rage.
