Karkeno
I'm having some trouble with getting these Ojo Bueno Mods to work even though I mainly intended for them to make my E.V.E a better experience. E.V.E works on it's own, and getting Ojo Bueno to work is my only issue. Everything runs well, the game loads on the 4GB loader and smoothly too, i'm not crashing but i can't get them to visually appear. I know that there should be major changes to the texturing since i picked all UHQ versions of the mods that were available. I would just like to know if it has anything to do with resolution or anything else? They're not hard to install since it's just dragging and dropping and as for the FoMM mods, all i have to do is activate. Looking through the readme's I've seen that sometimes FoMM's Archive Invalidation, is buggy and i would have to restart it and uncheck it, only problem is that even though i click to unactivate it won't. It stays on. Is that my issue? My PC should be able to handle it, i'm wondering if someone could help me with this. I'd really like to better the visual experience i'm having with NV. If someone can just tell me what i'm doing wrong, i'd love to learn. Edited July 8, 2011 by Karkeno
wolfen420
Did you do archive invalidation? If using FOMM you can find it in the tools menu. If it is already enabled, try disable then re-enable.

That's actually been my issue, for some reason FOMM won't let me remove that checkmark, i can click it but it'll stay the same. I check FOMM again and it's like i never clicked it. Any ideas? Nadimos
Do you have windows uac or an anti virus protecting your program folders? Otherwise try reinstalling fomm and see if it works. Edited July 14, 2011 by Nadimos
Honemi
It does that sometimes. You can try reinstalling it or pausing your virus protection, but when it happened to me, all I did was constantly click it until it worked.
Karkeno
Well i'm trying to look through my User's account. There's no locks or anything. I'm admin and it's on 7. If anyone can point it out, that'd be a great help. I have 7, shouldn't be too different from Vista i'm sure. Tried the constant click method, i eventually gave up, still nothing. I'll keep looking around on my Anti-Virus, see if there's something i can do there. Thanks for the tips.
