stuff with echantment all white colour!!

Hi guys,can some one help me with this problem of mine?

All my enchantment stuff turn out to be white in colour and only when the charge has been used up will it turn back to normal and when i buff heal(self) my helmet and arrow turn white for a moment as well.

Please help me.

I am using :

update visually enchanted

illumination within v1.0

no physic guard

quickstart

quest leveler

unofficial oblivion patch

better water

natural weather.

 

i have reinstall few times and the problem still persist,is there something with my mod?
