Face & Hand/body mismatch

NOT SURE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE, MODS CAN MOVE IF NEEDED.

 

Hi I have a small issue with my NPCs and me. For some reason the Female NPCs and My Female Character show up with their head and hands a different color then their bodies, i tried ESMifying ALL my mods, i also tried the bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 thing, nothing seemed to happen & I still get this issue. I am using the Type V female body replacer( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5326 ), Shojo Race( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=11215 ), & Shojo Neko race( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14032 ) + the FEM Mod( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10235 ), as well as the Clover Perfected Type 3( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7298 ) and Eulogy V2( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10261 ), I also use the COTW( http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1903 ), but this issue only affects Teen & Adult NPCs and Female PC.
