Mod Competition Thread?

I have run a search on the forum and came up with zilch. The link to the comments on the competition page is dead.

 

Is there a thread in which to discuss the rules?

 

 

I have the following questions:

 

 

I want to do the actual modding alone. However I would like to bring in additional voice actors (who will sign release forms). Is that ok?

 

You can use the stuff from Vanilla FNV. Are you allowed to import things from Fallout 3?

 

And lastly (and I know this is not a rule question, but I could not find a matching thread in the forum): What kind of legal disclaimers should I add to my mod so I doesn't piss off Bethesda/Obsidian?

I investigated for a few minutes. By doing some arithmetic, I found that the article must have been written around February; so I went back in the news archives page. Here is the archive page with the announcement:

Your question about using FO3 assets and what disclaimers to use, is not unique to this competition. There are dozens of threads asking what FO3 assets are legal to use. Please search the forum; the one line answer is, there are lots of FO3 assets included in the release files of FNV. You can use those *only*, you cannot legally move any other content from FO3 into FNV for a public mod. Given that, no special disclaimer is needed; Bethesda supports legal modding.
