Mod textures not appearing in game

I have had a strange issue after breaking and reinstalling the game. I have made the necessary .ini edits to enable mods, and they do function in game. However, all mod textures simply do not appear. Replacement textures revert to the default while new textures do not work. For example, CBBE reverts to the default texture and new weapons/armors function but are invisible. Any possible fixes?

 

Edit: Turns out this an issue with NMM not actually putting texture files into the game. No idea why or how to fix that though.
