larsmaehlum
You have to enable the mods in game, under the mod section of the main menu. This requires a Bethesda.net account, but beta access is not needed.

stormtrooperdan
I've signed up for a Bethesda.net account; however, when I click on Mods, the menu disappears and nothing happens. Update. I'm using the Ultra Widescreen mod, and it looks like it doesn't support the Mod UI yet. Things work correctly once i disable the Ultra Widescreen mod.
