Power Armour Retexture Wanted

Hi all,

I need a retexture of the T45-d Power Armour + Helmet. I need it white with a cross (see below) on the shoulders and chestpiece, and maybe on the front of the helmet too.

Cross: http://www.knightstemplarvault.com/images/templarcross2.jpg

Thanks,

Jake

Not that i'm much of a modder... But do you mind if i give this a spin? (if its still needed that is. )

I suppose it has to go with the armor show on your Nexus mod page? (< For easy reference ;) )

Been messing around for a bit now and have come up with the following results:

Frontal view without helmet:

-----------------------------------------------------------------

Side view without helmet:

Frontal view with blank helmet:

-----------------------------------------------------------------

As you can see it looks nice with and without helmet

Though i've run into the following problem:

there is barely any room for a cross on the front of the helmet (other than having the cross centered on the hinge above the visor, which would look rather odd if you ask me):

-----------------------------------------------------------------

However, there is plenty of room on the back of the helmet

-----------------------------------------------------------------

And a little suggestion, if i may: Coloring the knee- and elbow-joints red (like the cross) would make this armor stand out a little more from the standard T-45d. and still go very well with the cross. Sort of what you did with the combat armor shown on the nexus.

Suppose i'll fiddle around with the colours a bit more (more white on the chestpiece and darker on the waistguards and belly plating.

Check again in 15 mins or so

There's only one little thing left that bothers me.. The BoS logo on the pauldron. Its a seperate texture that's linked to the nif file itself. Which would need editing to get rid of that logo.

Or if there's someone who happens to know how to replace that logo for a new faction you could just link to a blank dds texture. (or something custom ofcourse ;) )

Really hope you like it :) If not, atleast i enjoyed making it :turned:

I do like it, however that is a very bold red, I personally would make it look a bit more faded (as the one you show looks like it was freshly painted) as well as add some darker textures so it matches the dirty-ness/wornness as the rest of the armor.

Just an honest thought. :)

EDIT: I also would try to get rid of the Brotherhood of Steel emblem, or possibly make a back-story where they broke away from the BoS or even took the armor from them, or something.

Thanks Urwy! I actually like the BoS Logo, the Templars could have stolen the armor from them, like Skibblets said. Thanks again :)
