Game Crashes after the "Please Wait" game loading screen

[Decayz]

So I have just downloaded updates to more perks/traits and UNHV, Ive also downloaded New Vegas Trade Center, I have also deleted some of my unused mods. Now when I try to play Fallout NV it will go through the first three loading screens. Then after the Please Wait screen it will show the ranger with the revolver but nothing else then 4-6 seconds later I crash. I dont understand whats wrong. I've tried to use FNVedit to find the problem but Im not sure im using it right. If anyone can help that'd be great. Heres my load order.
