Transportation using animals

Well, everyone keeps mentioning making vehicles for transportation in the game.

And I'm sure I'm not the only one who has though of this,

 

but how about riding animals?

Like Yao guai, Death claws, BIGHORNERS!

 

I realize it's a big job, however, previous vehicle mods have been created before,

so why not attempt at making something of the next level?
